    Good stuff. This is a wonderful exercise…it really helps with the north/south movement but not too much with the lateral east/west movement, which can be troublesome for seniors. For that, side-stepping with a band around the lower legs can be helpful.
    Also, I’ve found that the Bosu ball adds enjoyment to these exercises and improves balance too.
